The Returns and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
A full refund of the product paid will be made if the product is no longer in stock after making payment. If the product is in stock, the payment will not be refunded once the order has been processed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow exchange for items (same price or higher) within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do not refund cash or offer store credit for items that are exchanged with a lower-priced item. Customers can top up the balance if they choose to exchange the item with a higher-priced item.
There is strictly no exchange, credit, or refunds for Sale, Clearance, Gift cards, E-gift certificates or Giveaway items.
An exchange will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, minus shipping costs. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with proper authorization. All items must be new, unworn and unwashed, free from defects, abnormal smells, and in original packaging with tags attached, if applicable. All items returned that are not in the same condition as received, or after 7 days, will be refused and returned with no exceptions at your expense.
Evolve Fight Gear will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned to us during shipping. The customer is responsible for all return resend shipping costs unless a shipping error on our part was made. Please note that a signature is required when shipping items back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subjected to a return fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any damaged product must be received by us before product reshipment.
All returns must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Kindly email us at email@example.com with regards to your return and we will respond your email with return instructions and your RMA number.
