HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping with us is easy:
- Once you have found an item you require, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- Review the items in your cart by clicking on the ‘Shopping Cart’ link at the top right of the page. You can use the ‘x Remove’ button to delete items from your shopping cart.
- Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop at Evolve Fight Gear without creating an account.
However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- Track your orders and review past purchases.
- Request a return or exchange directly from your account.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed, please click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations. The total on the order summary page will then show you a breakdown of the costs.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.
Whereas when a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Hence, once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to in order to release your order from customs.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a correct and suitable shipping address.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order that contains all the items you require.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can only track your order if you choose ‘Registered Mail’ for you shipping method. Please view our Shipping Information for more details.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 working hours after receiving payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Evolve Fight Gear is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination’s customs clearance processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details.
